Job Descriptions
- Ensure that stores are stocked with the right types and quantities of products at the right time.
- Work and communicate with the warehouse team, inventory control team, and sales team.
- Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake.
- Recommendation for monthly Promotion with seasonal products.
- Forecasting sales and profits, and planning budgets.
- Weekly replenishment to stores & deposit counters.
- Collaboration with supply chain & Logistics team
- VM Order & VM merchandising (Ensuring that merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.).
- Monitoring slow-moving items and ensuring that best-sellers meet their full potential.
- Couching new merchandisers to conduct their merchandising tasks.
- Execute merchandising strategy & deliver the process to juniors to conduct their tasks.
- Monitoring and analyzing Digital and E-commerce sales data & operation processes.
- Initiate, and organize the team to execute some merchandising processes to finish on time.
Job Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandising or other related fields
- Love to calculate the number & Strong logical thinking
- Strong Analytical Skills & Microsoft Skills (Advanced Excel level prefer)
- Good at forecasting and paying attention to new and upcoming beauty trends
- Good negotiating and influencing skills
- Ability to multi-task whilst working under pressure
- Ability to delegate; teamwork, motivational skills
- Good verbal and written communication and English skills.
